STANDARD SHOCK REBUILD / REVALVE SERVICE

Sway-A-Way offers shock rebuild / revalve services at our facility in California.  Please be advised that you must first get a "return goods authorization (RGA) number before you send your shocks in. 

NOTE: Additional parts and services that are not included in the normal scope of rebuilding / revalving will incur an additional charge (examples include shock rods, bushings, bearings and machine work). 

Normal turn around time is 1 to 2 weeks. Additional time may be required for spare components needed for job.

For RUSH jobs, please let us know and we can advise you of our schedule.

You can return your completed form to us in one of these ways:

Remember: you must be issued a returns goods authorization (RGA) number before sending in your shocks. Please write the RGA number on the outside of the box and send it to:

Method of return shipping will be UPS Ground unless otherwise specified and is the responsibility of the customer.
